Operational Management Services

Our Operational Management Support services include all elements of management support, standard monthly services and management reports, on-site and remote business performance review meetings and hands on management support.

Each Operational Management Support service is tailored specifically for the client and can vary from minimal management input, on an ‘as needed’ basis to a much more hands on, physical management presence on-site where we take on the majority of the day to day running of the practice.

Examples of Operational Management packages include:

  • Completion and analysis of practice accounts (often coupled with the GP Dashboard reporting service).
  • GMS and state scheme payments reconciliation/claims analysis.
  • Private debt/credit control accounts report.
  • Monthly “Financial Health” report.
  • Day to day operational management responsibility.
  • On-site management presence.
  • HR and People management.
  • ‘Anytime’ phone/e-mail contact for day to day queries (Monday – Friday, 9-5).
