Property development services cover a wide range of projects from major property development undertakings to simple ‘one-off’ meetings for advice on relocating to a new Primary Care facility.
Services can also include negotiating on behalf of the GP client directly with the property developer/builder and/or the HSE to secure space in a Primary Care Centre or medical facility. Management of the funds securement process, preparation of the ‘business plan’ and dealing directly with nominated banks can also be included in such a service.
Advice on design layout and maximisation of room and space is also available. Direct project management throughout the duration of the build process and direct liaison with the construction company can be included.
